The existing electric water heater had been in service for approximately 13 years and had developed significant tank corrosion. We recommended replacing the aging tank-style unit with a modern tankless electric water heater.

Fortunately, the existing electrical panel had direct and convenient access, making the transition straightforward and cost-effective. The installation was completed efficiently with minimal disruption, and the new tankless system is performing very well.

We’re very pleased with the results and the improved efficiency, reliability, and convenience the tankless system provides.

Did this amazing job in tafton for a beautiful cabin retreat house. Had some water damage from their toilet and had to redo some sheetrock, and bathroom floor. They wanted in addition to change their exterior door, two windows, and to put in tile behind their wood furnace fireplace.

Did a few fixes for the Victorian Charm Inn up in towanda, repaired a coroded sink, changed out a kitchen garbage disposal, fixed a leaking radiator and tore down the water damage in the ceiling added in new sheetrock and spackled. Wonderful job in a beautiful old victorian inn.

Finished up redoing this apartment for a family friend, replaced some flooring that was damaged, spackled and painted. I also replaced some ceiling tiles and put in new cut in lights to brighten up the room a bit more. And finally i did some other repairs for a sink, handles and changed out two doors that were damaged as well, as a garge door opener. Great big job and happy to help someone out.

Got on the second coat, looking forward to finishing the spackle doing some sanding and getting the paint on. Great smal...
