Working with , we added a new top floor and roof deck to an existing brick building in the city. A NanaWall opens the entire room out to the deck, and the rooftop pavers sit on a Bison pedestal system. Interior design is by Susan Bechtold, and her backlit quartzite backsplash at the bar is one of our favorite details.

We don’t build inside Philadelphia city limits often, so it was a pleasure to take this one on with such a great team. We’re already looking forward to the next project with Toner.

Know someone planning an addition? Send them our their way.

Some things never go out of style. Our VP of Construction Shawn, out on site last week, running the transit level by hand to set exact elevation and boundary points before a single stake goes in the ground. Same method builders have trusted for generations, still the backbone of getting a layout right.

We build with the tools that make sense. Old school precision from a transit and a steady eye, paired with the newest tech on the market when it earns its place on the job. Leadership here isn’t behind a desk. It’s out in the field, boots on the ground, getting it right the first time.

A peak at our active job site for this garage addition. Follow along to see the build.

A bathroom where the details are meant to be discovered.

Natural Mystery White, also known as Bianco Rhino, is a white dolomite marble quarried in Namibia, Africa. The custom cabinetry was crafted in the Cullen Custom Shop and integrated throughout the space, from the vanity to the medicine cabinet and mirrored cabinetry, with millwork designed down to what you see only when you open the doors.

Built by Cullen Construction in collaboration with Warren Claytor Architects and Cynthia Nemo.

Swipe to look closer.
