We’re excited to be entering the Greater Richmond market, with three new single-family communities already on the way and more to follow.

82% of Americans say they're concerned about their tap water. That number's grown every year since 2021. Most people respond with a pitcher filter or a case of bottled water from the store. A few decide to fix it at the source.

We've partnered with Kinetico on water filtration. Packages range from a single point-of-use reverse-osmosis filtered tap for drinking water to a whole-home system that treats every faucet in the house.

Kinetico filtration can be added to any to-be-built home. Quick move-in and move-in ready homes vary. Ask your Sales Manager which homes qualify.
