Hao comes to us from Charlotte, North Carolina. He has a motor control and power electronic engineering background with extensive experience working on different types of motor control algorithms, grid connected inverters, DC-DC conversion control, harmonic noise analysis & cancellation, and resonant switch topology. Hao is passionate about exploring classical and modern control algorithms including AI strategy for a range of applications.

Hao is married and has one son. He enjoys traveling and hiking in the US, and internationally, with his family. He has been to 40 states in the US, more than half of the provinces in Canada, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

He is looking forward to strengthening Allocortech’s already highly accomplished engineering team!

After spending several years as a director for non-profits, Hattie directed her focus to the financial side of these organizations. She still works part-time for Rockbridge Community Health Foundation which disperses grant funding for non-profits in Rockbridge County. Hattie brings extensive knowledge of financials and organizational management to Allocortech.

Hattie resides in Natural Bridge, Virginia with her husband, 3 daughters, and 2 dogs. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, going to open air concerts, and just sitting by a campfire from time-to-time.

We are pleased to announce that Chad Rogers has joined Allocortech as our new Chief Executive Officer. Our former CEO and one of our founders, Brian Viele , will assume the role of CTO where he will channel his focus on the many advanced technical projects Allocortech is engaged in currently.

Chad joins us after spending the past 27 years growing and developing entrepreneurial entities across a variety of industries including medical devices, medtech, and software. Chad’s focus on technical operations, strategic planning, and organizational development has helped build substantial value for employees, customers and investors. He is anxious to meet the challenge of building on the incredible foundation of technical excellence and customer focus that our team has prioritized since Allocortech’s inception 7 short years ago.

Chad will help us push the boundaries of what is possible with uncrewed systems on land, sea, and air with the goal of substantial growth while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction. With Chad at the helm, Allocortech is now positioned to achieve its growth goals and vision of enabling the next generation of global transportation via successful development of advanced electric and hybrid-electric vehicles.
