Another big step about done on this project. Hoping rain holds so I can’t get most of the outside wrapped up this week. It’s a stretch!!!

I’m on the down hill side of this project. Drywall hung and inspected. Ready for tape coat tomorrow!!!

Rolling through this one. Frame some porch’s and install windows Monday then some punch out on the main build, and then onto the inside to get it gutted.

After fighting weather on this one we was able to finally get the footers poured. Still a sloppy mess.

Double bedroom addition, expanded bathroom and laundry with new front porch along with full roof.

I finished this one up today

Laundry counter tops have to be installed yet and plumber hook faucet then I can have the final inspection done!!

But im done my part!

Rough in inspection done today. Started the roof while waiting on the inspection. Next step insulation yayyyy! Thank you Airtech heat and air, ZC electric and my buddy Shane on plumbing while I slammed on other things. This project is huge. If you are on my list you are not forgotten. Im working that way fast as I can.
