We are currently seeking a top notch operating foreman, experienced running dozer, excavator (big to small) and anything in between, also grader experience is a plus. Must have experience in fixing slips, regrading pads, building lease roads, etc. We are looking for a self motivated team player, someone who enjoys what they do and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and done right. Most of the work is within 45 minutes of Waynesburg but we also have some work up to 1.5 hrs away. This position offers a company truck, very good pay and benefits. This year once again we had the pleasure of supporting our community by sponsoring the 2025 Greene County Fair and supporting several kids in the 4-H Market Lamb and Steer Show/Sale. Abbie Blaker, Allison Yerkovich, & Ella Edgreen spent so much time on their animals this past year and it really showed. Keep up the hard work girls!

It was a beautiful sunny day for the stuffed animal drive donation delivery. Because of all the donations we were able to comfort 275 children at WVU’s Children’s Hospital ❤️❤️ We really can’t thank everyone who made donations enough. Stay tuned because we hope to continue this stuffed animal drive yearly

New Way Excavating is expanding, we are seeking the following positions:

Laborer: Duties include but not limited to, general labor (shoveling, seeding, mulching, installing erosion blanket, hammering of stakes and t post), general power tools, experience operating a skid loader, roller and/or track truck is a plus.

Operating Foreman: Duties include but not limited to, daily operation of a company pickup truck, proficient in operating the following: Dozer, Excavator, Skid loader. Have general knowledge of slip repair, grading, slope work, building access roads, clearing trees and etc. Capable of running a 2-5 man crew and doing JSA’s, inspections and general paperwork.

Class A CDL driver: We are seeking a class A hot shot driver with air brake endorsement. Duties include but are not limited to: Daily inspections of equipment, driving of a pickup truck and gooseneck trailer, operation of a single axle dump truck with a tag trailer, loading and unloading of small to mid size excavation equipment, hauling pallets and other materials associated with excavation. Tri-axle dump and/ tractor trailer experience is a plus.

Recently a friend of ours 8 year old son, Jax, was diagnosed with Brain Cancer. We’ve seen what they have been going through and wanted to find a way to give back to other families and children in the same type of situation. WVU Children’s hospital said they are always in need of stuffed animals to give to their patients. We hope that you will join us in making our first annual stuffed animal drive a success!
