Date night, Sesslar Construction style - my wife's first trip to the dump. Don't worry, I'm taking her to dinner after we go home and clean up. :)

Customer wanted to give their son a bedroom in the basement. For safety, we added an egress window. Someone had previously "tried" to finish the basement. All that needed to be torn out and we started from scratch. For this job, I did the demolition, egress window, framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, installed new lighting and finished trimming. Got it all finished before the new school year started. :)

What a wonderful journey it was to transform this basement! In this job, I did the planning, framing, insulation, installed new lighting, drywall, custom finish woodwork, painting, installed laminate flooring, carpet and built a hidden utility room door disguised as a bookcase and built a dartboard area. The homeowner helped me with the bar area, which turned out great. I had so much fun working on this project. I am so thankful for the opportunity to give this family a space they could enjoy.
