We took two separate retail spaces at the West End and combined them into one. Knocking out the center wall, gutting everything floor to ceiling, and rebuilding it brand new: all-new restrooms, electrical, and HVAC, fully framed, finished, and painted to Anytime Fitness franchise specifications.
The result? A beautiful 5,300 sq ft, 24/7 Anytime Fitness. Outside, we tore off the old siding, tile, and stucco and wrapped the whole exterior in new stone for curb appeal that turns heads.
