TX Edge Project Update — Mineral Wells, TX!

Another project is nearing the finish line for one of our investor partners based in Aledo, TX, and we're excited to share the progress. The home is nearing completion, with the decks, skirting, electrical service, HVAC system, driveways, and interior trim-out now complete.

Still ahead are the final stages of the project, including septic installation, the water well filtration system and well shed, 20x20' carport, final punch-list walkthrough, professional cleaning, photos, and a few finishing touches. With only a handful of items remaining, we're closing in on project completion and preparing to deliver another quality turnkey investment property that's ready to hit the rental market.

Big progress continues on this build for Barwick Holdings LLC as the project steadily comes together. The decks are now in place, while interior upgrades are wrapping up beautifully with a new kitchen backsplash, updated cabinet hardware, bathroom vanity lighting, upgraded lighting throughout the home, decorative backboards in the bathrooms, and a power pole setup all completed.
