Fresh from the solar kiln. Walnut, mesquite, elm, hackberry. Others in the shop also ready for your projects. I will price these two stacks while it’s raining Thursday.

Temperature is dropping and Christmas is coming so it’s time to load up and get started on your project list. Gonna rain so might as well come shopping.

I have a busy October travel schedule so schedule a time to come by while I’m here.

Thanks and have a blessed day.

PS. If you have not been to Lake Bois d arc I would recommend it.

PS. I bought a new to me boat so I need your financial assistance! Come by some boards!

PSS. I built a 4’ x 10’ router sled table with the metal tube rails. If you have been out in the last year you have probably seen it in the shop. I have decided to sell it so if you are interested please send me a private message for details.

Got a few new cedar boards and a shop full of others. I’m glad we have the rain but the black walnut in the solar kiln is not so happy!

It’s a great time to fish so make sure you reach out before heading this way as I might be on a lake somewhere. 😁

Well now that was fun. Decided to cut an Osage orange log that is too big for the mill. That in itself is a challenge. Got a few scrap pieces cut off so the log would fit then started my first cut to keep and just put a new blade on. Well about half way down hit a nail and took out a dozen teeth (on the saw blade😁) and damaged the board.

Oh well. Pulled the nail

New blade next cut six inches from the end and the blade got in a bind and popped off the guides and destroyed the new blade. 🤦

Oh well. New blade finished that cut and made two more. Yippie three boards!

Next cut found fence wire!!!!!

Three strikes!

Fed the burn pile with the remainder of the log.

Time to pack for teo days of fishing.
