JAMAK is looking for a Millroom Operator to join our team in Weatherford! This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Follow work instructions to safely and efficiently complete production tasks
• Report daily production and accurately label materials
• Set up equipment according to established standards
• Verify products meet quality requirements
• Weigh ingredients using digital scales
• Understand process sheets, work instructions, and material handling procedures
• Maintain attendance and support inventory and other assigned duties

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to maintain detailed records
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work in dusty, hot, and cold environments
• Team-oriented with a willingness to cross-train on multiple processes

💲 Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
💲 Additional $0.50/hour increase after 60 days
