As a company that serves customers homes, it’s always rewarding to know that the work we do makes a difference. Today, I had the opportunity to spend time visiting several customers whose equipment we have installed, delivering WoW packets, and getting to know them on a more personal level. These packets will include a message from our team their invoice from their Install, their equipment registration for their records, a letter opener, a pen, and a insulated mug,  what comes with a warranty and also what we cover on their maintenance agreement that they get with a new system install.
One of the most fulfilling parts of this profession is having the chance to sit down with customers, hear their stories, and truly understand the positive impact our team has made on their comfort and daily lives. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting with Richard Fincher, Tanya Hodges, Dick Ensminger, and Donna Couch, and I sincerely appreciate the time each of them spent with me.
Experiences like these serve as a reminder of why we do what we do. Every time we enter a customer’s home, we understand the trust they are placing in us. We never take that responsibility lightly. We are committed to earning that trust by doing the job right the first time, providing exceptional service, and supporting our customers throughout their entire experience with our company.
