⚡ MEET THE TEAM: STEPHEN HACKER ⚡

Stephen is our Estimator/Project Manager and has been with 4B Electric for almost a year. He got his start working summers for his father, and his passion for the electrical trade has stuck with him ever since.

His favorite part of the job is finding creative solutions to keep projects moving and deliver them on time. Whether he’s greeting you with “howdy howdy” or calling a project “D-U-N,” Stephen brings plenty of personality to the job. 😂

Outside of work, you’ll find him hunting, hiking, or enjoying watersports, preferably with some BBQ on the menu afterward.

We appreciate the problem-solving, hard work, and passion you bring to 4B, Stephen! ⚡

⚡ MEET THE TEAM: DILLON WATSON ⚡

Dillon is a Lead at 4B Electric with four years in the electrical field. He’s one of our go-to guys and someone we can count on to step up, help the crew, and get the job done.

He got his start working for his uncle’s friend, and now his favorite part of the job is teaching the next generation of apprentices. His go-to phrase, “We’ll get it done,” fits him pretty well!

His coworkers would probably tell you he’ll make them laugh along the way, too. 😂 His favorite food is BBQ, and something you might not guess? He collects Pokémon cards. Teaching apprentices and catching ’em all- Dillon’s got range!

We appreciate the laughs, leadership, and dependability you bring to 4B, Dillon! ⚡

⚡ WE’RE HIRING- JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN! ⚡

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who is ready to LEAD!

We’re not just looking for someone who knows electrical work. We need someone who can take charge of a job, lead a crew with confidence, make decisions, and set the example for the guys working alongside them.

What we’re looking for:
⚡ Valid TDLR
⚡ Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a crew
⚡ Experience running jobs from start to finish
⚡ Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
⚡ Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in quality work
⚡ Valid driver’s license

We have a great crew, and we’re looking for someone who can help make it even better. Someone who isn’t afraid to take responsibility, teach the younger guys, and jump in alongside the team when needed.

If you’re the type of electrician others naturally look to for direction, we want to talk to you!

⚡ MEET THE TEAM: MARK TULLOUS ⚡

Mark traded Friday night lights for jobsite lights when he joined 4B Electric fresh out of high school! After making a name for himself on the football field, he brought that same work ethic and team mentality into the electrical trade.

He’s been in the field for three months and may be the youngest member of the 4B crew, but he’s already fitting right in. In fact, his favorite part of the job is the group of guys he gets to work with every day.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys fishing and spending time with his family, friends and girlfriend. His favorite food is gumbo, and we can’t argue with that!

We’re excited to watch Mark learn, grow and build a future in the trade. Glad to have you on the team, Mark! ⚡

⚡ MEET THE TEAM: MADELYNN GILBERT ⚡

Bringing a little girl power to the jobsite! 💪⚡

Madelynn has been in the electrical field for three years. She was given the opportunity to begin a career in the trade, and electrical work also runs in the family, her grandfather was a Master Electrician!

Her favorite part of the job is watching a client’s vision for their home come to life. She’s also had the opportunity to work on the electrical for a Buc-ee’s, which is a pretty cool project to have under her belt!

Outside of work, Madelynn enjoys riding her motorcycle and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite food is authentic Mexican food from a food truck in Saginaw.

Her most-used word on the jobsite? “PULL!” And her coworkers would probably say she’s quiet…until she’s not. 😂

We’re proud to have Madelynn representing the women in the trades and bringing some serious girl power to the 4B Electric crew! ⚡

A few of the team didn’t participate, which is an interesting way to tell us they don’t like winning free stuff. 😂

⚡ MEET THE TEAM: ANGEL PORTALES ⚡

Angel never returned his questionnaire, so naturally, we answered it for him. The following information is completely accurate and definitely not made up by the office. 😂

Angel has been in the electrical industry longer than anyone else at 4B, and possibly since electricity was invented.

According to our highly unreliable sources:

⚡ His beard is considered additional PPE.
⚡ His favorite hobby is silently watching someone work until they start questioning everything they know.
⚡ His favorite meal is whatever can be eaten before the next service call.
⚡ His most-used jobsite phrase is probably, “Who wired this?”
⚡ He can diagnose an electrical problem just by looking disappointed in its general direction.
⚡ The apprentices believe he came with the original NEC codebook.

All jokes aside, Angel brings decades of experience, knowledge and skill to the 4B team, and we’re lucky to have him!

Maybe next time he’ll fill out the questionnaire. Probably not. 😂⚡
