~This has additional upgrades that aren’t usually included;
~upgraded Black Finishes (usually brushed nickel), a ceiling fan, Exterior & interior ceiling (interior ceiling white stain) were professionally painted, additional kitchen hardware (k***s), black stainless kitchen sink with cutting board & food washing shelf, a black fold down 2-person desk/dining table (no stools), a flat screen TV with Swivel bracket).
