We got a call about a leak, but nobody expected this. We got there and fixed the plumbing leak right away and started ripping up the carpet and flooring. The water damage just kept going. We were able to cut out all the wet subfloor and replace it. 2 layers and almost 600 sqft. Then flooring and trim was completed the following day. 3 days later and this family had a whole new half of there house. They could breathe again mold free and walk without tripping over bubbles in floor. Family was very happy and relieved. We were beyond happy to help.

Having hvac problems? No problem give us a call and we will be right there. This families heat has been out for 3 years now and it actually caused one of there pipes to freeze. We were able to fix the leak in there house and then the next day I found them a brand new unit to install. Later that evening they had heat! We were able to do the job for $4000 less than what they had been quoted. Beyond happy that we were able to help!

Residential gutters and commercial downspouts are up and ready for the rain! I don’t usually buy commercial gutters, but when it’s over 12ft I don’t like seems. I was able to help the customer get some custom 16 ft downspouts that I was able to bend myself so they are all one solid piece. Started off the year helping a wonderful family with a leaky roof causing a lot of damage on the inside. We ripped off the old shingles, felt, and nails to see what sheeting looked like. Found a couple rotten spots that had been leaking and replaced them. Then we were able to start piecing there roof back together. We were able to get everything done up top before the rain came Thursday! Ready for some gutters and downspouts.

What a way to finish the new year! Just finished a bathroom and laundry room for an amazing family in Monett. About a month ago the lady that lives here stepped out of her shower and fell through the floor. Come to find out her shower has been leaking for the last couple years and she had no idea. When I showed up the entire side of the house was being held up by a carjack and the floor had dropped a couple inches. We took out and removed all rotten wood and subfloor in the bathroom and half the laundry room. We were able to replace the rotten joists and lift the house back to where it needed to be. We sat the floor back down on two piers stretching from the bathroom to the laundry room. Then we were able to start piecing things back together. I am so glad we were given the opportunity to help this family and now they are able to get back to living in their home safely.

Customer couldn’t get a contractor to come out. He waited and waited but you can only wait so long, so he gave me a shout. I showed up on Monday and got started. Four days later he’s got a brand new bathroom. He thought the bid was a little high, so i decided to tackle this project by myself to save the customer some money.
