✅ Project Complete | Trimak Headquarters & Fabrication Shop | Lakeland, FL
We’re proud to announce the completion of a major new headquarters and steel fabrication facility for Trimak.
This project included the simultaneous construction of three buildings totaling more than 230,000 square feet, along with extensive site development and infrastructure. Key components included:
Building 100: 75,952 SF, features warehouse/shop space, offices, and mezzanine areas
Building 200: 47,250 SF
Building 300: 108,400 SF
New roads, parking, sidewalks, and heavy-duty paving
Stormwater, sanitary, fire protection, and potable water systems
Landscaping, irrigation, fencing, and site improvements
Full general contracting scope for Building 100, including structural, architectural, MEP, electrical, fire protection, and interior finishes
With all three buildings being constructed simultaneously, the project required careful coordination and adaptability from start to finish. Design changes continued throughout construction, making detailed communication, tracking, and ex*****on especially critical to keeping the project moving forward.
Despite the challenges, the finished product speaks for itself. We’re proud of the hard work, collaboration, and attention to detail from everyone involved, and even prouder to deliver a final product that has left Trimak ownership extremely happy.
