Had an emergency no heat call yesterday. Pleasantly surprised our customer by arriving sooner than they expected. After a quick evaluation I determined the flame rollout switch had been tripped. Reset the flame rollout switch and monitored the furnace. Furnace ran flawlessly for 30 minutes. Here's the key: never assume a flame rollout switch can just be reset and you move on. A flame rollout switch is a safety component on your furnace designed to protect you and your family. It's tripped when the furnace temperature outside of the combustion chamber exceeds a predetermined level. When it's tripped it immediately stops the supply of gas shutting down your system and protecting your home and family. Common problems: cracked heat exchanger, obstructed heat exchanger, or a plugged vent. Here we tested for the CO2 levels with a combustion analyzer as well as a complete furnace system check. In this case we Identified a slightly obstructed vent pipe and our customer was up and running. Followed up a few hours later and it was still purring like a kitten. Received a recent call from a great customer; "Help, I have a major water leak and I need assistance ASAP". We quickly sprung into action and arrived minutes after their call. It wasn't difficult to see what their major water leak was. A large copper pipe had two significant holes in it and water was spraying everywhere! Customer requests: 1. Inexpensive and easy whole house water filter. 2. Hot water for a sink with limited space for installation. Installed a simple yet effective whole house water filter and trained the customer on how to change the filter. Installed a super efficient Rheem Compact Point of Use Electric Water Heater. This handy unit can be installed on the floor or wall. Here, with limited space, we installed it up and out of the way on the wall.

Fast Freddy's -- Sewer & Drain Experts!

We're called Fast Freddy's for a reason; we fix it fast! I just had a call from a fantastic customer informing me their toilet wasn't draining. We arrived within minutes and quickly ascertained the septic system wasn't functioning properly. We identified a broken pipe as well as a malfunctioning pressure transducer. Repaired the broken pipe, replaced the pressure transducer and our customer is back in business.
