Another project making great progress this week!

Our crew wrapped up the tongue-and-groove ceiling and interior painting on our 1,200-square-foot Bear Lake custom home. This build is really starting to come together inside and out.

Next up: cabinet and interior door installation starts next week!

We look forward to sharing more updates as this home continues to take shape.

Summer is flying by, but progress remains steady at Clearwater Construction!☀️

Here is the latest progress on our Grace Rd. custom home. Exterior work is nearly wrapped up, with only the porch columns and trim details left to finish. Inside, drywall finishing is officially underway.🏡

This 3,000-square-foot custom build features a functional galley kitchen design, a spacious walk-in primary shower, and an attached three-stall garage.

We remain thankful for the trust our clients place in us every day. Be sure to follow along over the next few days—we will be sharing progress photos from several of our other active project sites as well!

🗓A lot of people see the finished project, but there's a lot of scheduling behind the scenes that keeps construction moving efficiently.

⏰️The reality is that construction is all about timing. As our custom homes move through inspections, subcontractor work, and other phases, we fill those openings in our schedule with smaller projects. It keeps our team working, keeps projects on track, and allows us to serve more customers throughout the season.

This week, we're working on an outdoor pavilion for our local VFW. We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to a project that will serve the community for years to come.🇺🇲❤️

No matter the size of the job, we take pride in building it right.

Our youngest team member got to visit and learn about the tank used in Vietnam and Korea!🪖
