A couple sets of wheels we took from crusty to clean!

We can blast a variety of parts, pieces and materials. Our blast unit is fully adjustable, from air pressure to media flow. We also have the option to run a water/media mix to reduce dust on applicable jobs.

We took this Legend Series Ranch Hand from old and crusty to bare metal fresh and ready for paint!

This particular bumper was $200 to blast, finished blasted the front and cleaned up the back in necessary places.

A common question, naturally is pricing…my estimates are based on an hourly estimate on how long i think it will take to blast a project. Every coating comes off different, rust removes relatively easy-powdercoat removes like bubble gum stuck to your shoe on a hot day.

Blasting rates:
In house- $150 hr
Mobile- $150hr
$250 min.

Got a little project finished up over the holiday weekend!

Mobile media blast unit.
185cfm diesel compressor

My main goals were simplicity, compact and user friendly. This unit landed spot on every single one of them and works phenomenally, I couldn’t be more happy!

I blasted, painted and stretched the compressor trailer to accommodate the blast pot and media in the instance I set up a daily rental.
For now I will be providing mobile/in-house media blasting. I have a variety of media avaliable to accommodate several different materials, wood, steel, concrete, ect.
