We completed this kitchen remodel.

These cabinets had nothing wrong with them so it didn’t make since to get new ones just for a color change. Some good prep work a new coat of paint and they have new life.

We relocated the microwave off the counter to above the stove for a cleaner look and more space on the counters.

The laminate tops were replaced with these beautiful granite tops with a new under mount sink and faucet. It was finished off with a marble backsplash.

On this deck the old support posts needed replaced and piers installed. These old decks look great and have lots of character and charm but back when it was built they only set posts on blocks which settle over time causing the deck to go with it. We lifted this wrap around deck up where it needed to be and installed new piers 36” deep and 16” wide so they can properly support the deck and covered porch above and installed new 6x6 posts that sit on post base brackets to keep the posts off the ground to prevent wood rot and they also help secure them in place. We also replaced the rim on 2 corners that had wood rot.
