The heat doesn't care how experienced you are. đĄď¸
As temperatures climb, make sure you're taking care of yourself and your teammates.
Drink water before you're thirsty. Take breaks when you need them. Know the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
Most importantly, keep an eye on each other. Sometimes the first person to notice something is wrong isn't the person experiencing it.
Safety starts with looking out for your crew.
