Building a 500 Sq Ft ADU Near Confluence Hospital in Wenatchee 🏠

We talk about building a budget-friendly 500 square foot accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for our client’s aging mother near Confluence Hospital in Wenatchee. We walk through the design process, including working with the city on pre-approvals and zoning requirements, and showcase the floor plan featuring one bedroom, an open kitchen-living area, a bathroom, and a small office for the homeowner’s bookkeeping work. We highlight the accessible step-less front entrance with a ramp and discuss our construction timeline, aiming to complete the project in about two to two and a half months.
