We’re excited to kick off another major renovation here at JVN with this beautiful 1928 Sears Roebuck home.
This house is about to get a whole new look!
Our goal is to preserve as much of its original character and charm as possible, while adding a much-needed addition and giving the exterior a complete makeover.

Before Photos…

While these photos show the aftermath of a devastating fire, they also mark the beginning of a new chapter.

Most importantly, we are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely and that no one was injured. While a house can be replaced, lives cannot.

Our team has been entrusted with the opportunity to help this family rebuild, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.
We plan to transform this loss into something beautiful. A home filled with new memories, new beginnings, and renewed hope.

Sometimes life’s greatest challenges become the foundation for something even stronger than before. Although this tragedy changed their path, it does not define their future.
