🇺🇸Honored to attend the Salute Our Troops Gala last night alongside so many incredible people supporting an amazing mission.

The evening benefited The Freedom 13 Veterans Recreational Retreat Project, a nonprofit honoring the 13 American heroes lost at Abbey Gate on August 26, 2021, while creating healing spaces for veterans, first responders, and their families here at home. Their first retreat in Bourbon, Missouri is already underway and thanks to the generosity in the room, a significant amount was raised to help move these homes closer to reality.

This mission is especially meaningful to me. While we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we must also support the men and women who return home and face the difficult transition back into civilian life. After losing a friend who struggled with that transition, this cause holds a very personal place in my heart.

Grateful to volunteer, support, and stand behind organizations making a real difference for our heroes.
