It was a big basement Saturday this weekend. 4500sqft hung, then we removed all the scrap and cleaned up ready for the taper to start after drywall inspection. Don’t try to do it yourself and take 8 weeks of your life. Hire us and we’ll be in and out by noon. Why don’t ya like and follow the page and give it a share for all your friends to see.

Sometimes it’s not a big job but it’s a big job. Future automotive shop under existing apartments requires a 2 hour fire separation. So we did 3 layers of 5/8” drywall then added RC-1 channel and then another layer of 5/8”. 4 total layers.

A basement we recently did all wrapped up!! We walked into a partially framed,mostly torn out basement. We finished the tear out,reframed everything and added some areas like the bar and soffits. Once electric was done came back to hang and then tape and finish the drywall before paint. The homeowner did a great job finishing the rest of it. Not too often we get to see a completely finished product but this one turned out real nice!!
