Customer said this thing is all over the place on target. Found a few things we didn’t like and would do differently. Going out for testing this weekend. 7mm PRC previous/original barrel vs the replacement we fit up. Be careful out there. Cant wait to see the feed back. Large 2 1/2 “ threaded cap. Never had to chase an internal thread until this project. Always made myself a check gauge or had the part to fit it to. Thankful to continue learning along the way. Little nerve racking as the part was complete and finished and definitely didn’t want to scrap it. Got it handled and painted up for the customer. Thank you to our family, customers, and friends for the support On to the next one.

Fit and finish on the mini excavator thumb mount bushings 😎 Had some fun designing the upper bushings to not only take up the sloppy fit in the holes but also position the top of the cylinder in the middle of the boom where it belongs. Got out of the shop this week for some on site measurements for this mini excavator project. Made some bushings to take up the sloppy fit on this auxiliary bucket thumb cylinder.
