We're looking to add to our team!
Due to a retirement, we are hiring an HVAC Service Tech for small, friendly, laid back, family owned business located in West Bend. New construction experience a plus. Must be a self starter, honest, reliable and willing to take on multiple projects and tasks. Must also have your own basic hand tools. Good driving record a must.
Our company first and foremost believes in providing our customers with quality work at a fair price. We are looking for employees who will go out of their way for our customers and treat them like family. Most of our customers are repeat customers who know us and the service we provide. The majority of our new customers are by referral which speaks highly.
Most of our work is in the Washington, Ozaukee & Sheboygan County areas but we do occasionally travel to the Milwaukee suburbs and north to Fond du lac and Dodge Counties.
This position is perfect for someone who is looking to truly be an asset to a small business - you will be the owners right hand/"go-to" person! There will be a lot of variety: Service, installation, replacements, new construction, check & cleans, duct cleaning, dryer vent cleanings, radon mitigation system installation, and warranty work. We have residential & commercial customers and many property management companies that we do work for. No two days will be the same. You will be responsible for keeping your service van clean and organized.
