Basement remodel underway.

We are taking this unfinished basement from open concrete and exposed block walls into a more functional finished space. Framing has started, the new layout is taking shape, and plumbing rough-in work is in progress.

This is the early stage, but it already gives a clear look at where the project is headed.

More progress to come as this basement continues to transform.

Progress update on this new covered entry porch

The structure is coming together nicely, with the new deck, stairs, posts & roof framing now in place. This will give the home a more defined entry, better protection from the weather & a cleaner overall look once finished
