Had a great pre-construction meeting with the team down in Wallingford, CT. Getting ready to completely renovate this Hilton Homewood Suites with the Take Flight design scheme. There is not one area that we are not touching here. New Lobby, Registration Area, Business Center, Pantry, Great Room, Fireplace, Suite Shop, Guest Rooms, Bathrooms and exterior dining area with new pergola. Day 1 of our Fairfield Inn Northlake project in Charlotte, NC. We are bringing this dated exterior back to life with a new Porte Cochere, modern exterior paint scheme, stamped concrete drive-through, stone veneer columns and new lighting. Can't wait to see these new finishes.
