🎉🏡 And the Winners Are... 🏡🎉
Last week's Horizon Street Block Party was an incredible success, and we want to thank everyone who came out, toured our projects, enjoyed the food, and spent the evening with us!
In this video, Designer Kelly Wolkenhauer announces the lucky winners of our raffle giveaways. Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to everyone who entered and helped make the event such a memorable one.
Events like these are what it's all about, bringing the community together, showcasing the exciting projects happening in our area, and giving everyone a chance to learn more about what

Development Block Party yesterday! 🎉🏡
We'd also like to give a special thank you to Cody VanFleet with World Insurance Associates LLC - formerly Two Rivers for generously donating a gumball machine. Isaak was absolutely ecstatic to take it home as one of our raffle prizes!
Thank you as well to everyone who entered our giveaway drawings. We had a great turnout and loved seeing so many familiar and new faces. Raffle winners will be announced next Tuesday right here on our page, so stay tuned!
Events like these are one of our favorite ways to bring the community together. Not only do they give us an opportunity to connect with local families, but they also allow us to share more about the homebuilding process, showcase what Midwest Home Builder has to offer, and highlight the exciting growth happening right here in our community.
