LexChem President and Founder Chuck Malloy recently travelled to Ohio to assist our distributor who supplies Tulco Oil’s Lubsoil best-in-class synthetic compressor lubricants to gas processing operations through out the Marcellus Shale gas region. The region encompasses Eastern Ohio, West Virginia and and Pennsylvania, where it extends from Southwestern PA to the state’s border with New York, east to Scranton.

The Marcellus formation generates around 25 to 35 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d). This single formation contributes roughly one-third of all domestic natural gas production in the United States.
