The ChristianaCare Hospital, Aston, is now proudly serving the Delaware County community!

PJ Dick was proud to partner with Emerus and ChristianaCare on this facility that provides 24/7 emergency and inpatient care, along with imaging, lab services, and access to specialty consultations, all designed to deliver fast, high-quality care within the community. Even more services will become available at this one-stop shop location when the second-floor fitout is completed later this year.

A whole new chapter for this classroom building!

PJ Dick managed construction for the full renovation of Penn State Scranton’s Library Classroom Building. The 20,800-sf building was fully renovated to support the campus library and nursing program, with updated interiors, building systems, and circulation spaces.

The work was carefully planned to support learning, collaboration, and daily campus life.

A lot can happen in one summer!

PJ Dick supported multiple renovation projects on Widener University's campus, including:
- Interior upgrades at the Quick Business Center
- Classroom renovations at the Kapelski Learning Center
- Improvements to several student residence halls

For the past 11 years, Superintendent Mike Apple has led an annual toy drive benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, collecting donations each year on the Friday before Christmas. With the support of our trade partners at the Villanova University Cascia Hall project, more than 100 toys were donated this year to help brighten the holidays for children and their families!

To recognize the crew’s generosity, holiday spirit, and hard work throughout the year, the project team hosted a holiday appreciation lunch catered by Southbound BBQ’s food truck.

Where tradition meets transformation. PJ Dick helped bring new life to Villanova University’s 111-year-old St. Rita’s Hall, blending restoration and modern upgrades to create a unified home for mission and ministry.

Along the way, the team uncovered hidden voids and deterioration in the stonework and made it right.

Last Saturday, PJ Dick was honored to serve as the platinum sponsor of Wreaths Across the Grove, an event hosted by Founding Forward in partnership with The Friends of the Medal of Honor Grove. Held in observance of National Wreaths Across America Day, the program united the community to remember and honor fallen service members, including more than 3,500 recipients of the Medal of Honor, our nation’s highest military distinction.

We all scream for Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams!

PJ Dick Special Projects Group provided general construction services for multiple Jeni’s locations, including a sweet interior build-out in Narberth, PA. This 1,433 SF space got the works, from seating and serving areas to the kitchen, workspaces, restrooms, signage, awnings, all designed to match Jeni’s signature style.
