✨ From appliance swap to full kitchen transformation! ✨
What started as a simple update turned into a custom kitchen remodel featuring beautiful, tailored cabinetry and timeless finishes.

We even donated the old cabinets and appliances to Habitat for Humanity ♻️. Since the floors were recently refinished, we protected every inch to keep them pristine — and, as always, set up plastic walls and a 3-stage air filtration system to keep the home dust-free.

✨ Luxury meets craftsmanship in this West Chester bath transformation! 🛁

We turned an outdated master bath into a custom suite — complete with rich cabinetry, elegant tile, and a mirror trimmed in matching crown molding for that perfect finished look. Every inch designed with detail by McDevitt Remodeling.

🏠 Stucco Remediation in Progress – 50% Complete! 🛠️
We’re uncovering what’s behind the walls — and let’s just say, it’s been eye-opening.

Here’s what we’ve found so far:
• Missing kick-out flashings 😬
• Windows installed incorrectly (nailing flanges cut off — a big no-no!)
• Builder used foam board instead of plywood, which means the stucco never had a proper base to adhere to.

We’re removing all the bad materials, replacing everything with solid plywood, and rebuilding the right way — piece by piece. 👷‍♂️

💡 Pro Tip: When hiring a contractor, always check their references and insurance. Ask for a list of past clients and what work was done — it can save you major headaches down the road.
