Our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line in West Chester employs a cutting-edge pick and place assembly method and machinery, seamlessly integrating electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). This innovative process enables automated production, enhancing efficiency and expediting assembly to deliver fully functional boards. The complete line consists of a paste dispenser, automated solder paste inspection, pick and place machines, reflow oven, automated optical inspection and router!
