Strength in Numbers!

How does one fit over a 1000 LF of drilling, over 120 personnel hours, 65 subsurface investigations, 2 drill rigs, and 1 excavator in a 40 hour work week? Alas, Ingram knows how!
In concerted and coordinated effort with IES personnel and our reliable subcontractors, IES recently completed an extensive geotechnical and stormwater investigation. The Henderson Group entrusted IES to perform this investigation as it pertains to 50 townhouses, a 192 unit apartment building, and amenity center for a new 55+ residential community coming soon to Newtown Square, PA.

At Ingram Engineering Services, we are in the mindset of getting projects, large or small, completed within ideal windows of opportunity meeting anticipated project deadlines and stretching your dollar. With in-house coordination, Ingram was able to complete 12 days worth of work all in a 5 day work week delivering the “best bang for your buck” for our clientele.

With any projects large or small, our team can scale and allocate personnel as needed along with cooperative relationships with our subcontractors to meet your project needs.

Never take a gamble on your foundation!

Small scale or large scale, the soil that your foundation is built on, must be suitable for the structure above grade. This starts with test pits, borings, samples, and ultimately the best remediation for the project. At this project, a town-house development under the skyline of Atlantic City, NJ, IES employed a regimen of strategic test pit locations in order to determine the most cost-effective, practical approach to inform our client on how to go “all-in” and get this project off the ground. If you’re going to have a “full house”, consider IES for your next residential project as your Ace in Hand!
