Porterhouse is almost finished with this back deck and screen porch. 8’x50’ with a shed roof. And we are building a 6 x 10’ front porch with a gable roof. we will also be roofing the house and new deck additions with a max rib, metal panel that will be charcoal in color. We’ve also had to replace a lot of sill on the front and back of the home due to the old decks, not being flashed correctly. This project is coming out awesome. We have about another week left before we wrap it up. Stay tuned!

Been busy two weeks now building a back porch addition with a shed roof. A corner of it will be screened in. We will also be doing a front porch with the gable roof and a full metal roof over everything..  we have to demo both existing decks and roof. We are complete with the back deck and had to replace 27 foot of sill that had water and termite damage. we will also be replacing front and back door plus putting a concrete pad under 22 foot of the 45 foot back deck. We’ve got the back deck, demoed sillreplaced the decking portion of the back deck, reframed and built and have started handrails and stair treads. We will be framing up the roof system for the back deck tomorrow plus handrails.. please stay tuned Portehouse probably has two more weeks of full work on this project.. I have about four new hires starting on this project alone. All have turned out very well.! it was just me and Michael to go look at this job and sign contracts. He has been running the team for 2 weeks now. Awesome job.
