Forest Place is really starting to come to life in West Des Moines. The footprint is in, the structure is taking shape, and you can finally see how these custom spaces will flow once everything is finished.

Our crew has the foundation walls poured, waterproofing applied, and the footprint of this custom home is now clearly visible. It’s always exciting to see plans go from paper to reality as we get ready for framing in the coming days.

Dig day at Forest Place in West Des Moines!
Breaking ground today on a beautiful new home, and we couldn’t ask for a better way to kick off this project. The machines are moving, the footings are taking shape, and before long this empty lot will be a stunning home with great views in one of West Des Moines’ most desirable new neighborhoods.

Huge shoutout to Bruellman Epoxy Flooring for knocking it out of the park on this custom home’s garage floor. The finish turned out awesome and really completes the space. If you’re thinking about upgrading your garage, shop, or basement, I’d highly recommend giving them a call at 515-320-5591 and letting them work their magic on your concrete.
