We’re more than just a machine shop…. Do you need product design, contract manufacturing, automation integration? Yeah, we do all that stuff too.

Check out this smoking fast fiber laser cell that holds tight tolerances in a fraction of the time it takes our competition. Turns out you can build it better, faster, cheaper here in the US. You just need to talk to the right guys.

Yeah, sometimes we have fun around here…

Passing on the trade to the younger generation is one of the most fulfilling aspects of running your own business. When Marco started at Genoa/Ketch he had zero shop experience. He’s now an accomplished machinist and machine builder. He runs our operations day to day at Ketch and has become an invaluable part of our organization, and that’s why we pay for school or technical training for any of our full time employees.

By the first of the year we will have put 2 students through 4 year programs, another 2 through 2 years of technical training. We may not believe in student debt forgiveness, but we definitely believe in earned tuition credits.

This is just one of the things that makes this a special place to work. It’s also the reason we can attract and retain talented, hardworking young men like Marco.
