Barter's Rough and Tumble (keeping it in the family, here) brought a trailer down to have a 12,000 pound winch installed on a 4" @5.4lb channel frame with a box welded to the tongue. 3d printed battery hold down bar, and 3d printed maxi fuse holder. And to have the old slide out ramps put on a hinge to make it a little easier on the back.

Hello friends! Spring is here, or has been, I reckon.

That being said, time to break out the lawnmower.
It probably hasn't been started in 8 months, the blades are probably dull, tires likely flat. And that hole in the deck is still there 👀

Reworked this little John boat trailer this weekend, fresh paint, new hardware, greased the bearings, repaired the tilt mechanism, and a clean new wiring harness.

Big thanks to McCollum Electric for trusting me to bring this trencher back to working order.

New ignition switch, solenoid, belts, a grease service, new boom bearings, a new tube welded into the boom along with a bolt on wear plate. She was in sad shape when she came in, but she's trenching like a champ now.

I can't spread salt though, unless I guess if I bring a bag with me. I kinda like my truck and don't want to hang a salt spreader on it. 🤢
