UPDATE: Thanks to Duke for restoring our power on 7/22/26 around 2pm!

Public Service Announcement: Our office has been without power since yesterday afternoon when the storm rolled through West Harrison, Indiana. Unfortunately, we've had no phone or Internet service. All previously scheduled appointments are being honored! Our technicians are out in the field doing the jobs they are trained to do.

Duke anticipates power will be restored by 10:30am today.

At that point we will do our best to catch up and provide the highest level of service our customers deserve!

Please plan ahead, as our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in honor of Independence Day.

As always, we will have an on-call technician, so if you have an issue with your cooling system, please call the office. Our answering service will put you in touch with a technician - as long as you tell them it's an emergency. Otherwise, all other calls will be handled in the order they were received when the office reopens on Monday, July 6th.

Our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

If you have an HVAC problem over the holiday weekend that cannot wait until our offices reopen, call the office (812.637.5552) and tell our answering service that you have an EMERGENCY. This will prompt the service to notify our on-call technician, who will then contact you directly. All other calls will be anwered in the order they were received on Tuesday, May 26th.

If you have an HVAC issue that cannot wait until Monday, call the office (812.637.5552) and tell answering service you have an EMERGENCY. This will direct them to dispatch a message to our on-call technician, who in turn will contact you directly.

All other calls will be returned upon the office reopening Monday, April 6th at 8am.
