Little building science post from a couple weeks back. Shooting for under .6 ach. south facing passive solar to heat the slab. 2x6 walls with 1” exterior foam. Going for 16” cellulose in the vault with a v***r vent to let’s all that humidity out!
Pretty excited, the clients going to be installing some sensors pre drywalll so we can keep up with the long term performance of the envelope.
