Here’s an addition to a house we’ve been working on. New slab poured, exterior wall moved, interior walls framed - Out of nothing, a brand new private entrance bedroom. It’s hard to believe this used to be a dark office/laundry room combo. The dark floor is a great contrast to the color picked on the walls. This space feels so bright and fresh with this new lighting. Also love what we did with the moldings on this one. is a 𝙱𝙴𝙰𝚂𝚃 🤘🏼

Vinyl repairs 𝙨𝙪𝙪𝙪𝙪𝙪𝙪𝙘𝙠. Opening up a floor like this is like opening Pandora’s box. Most manufacturers say it can’t be done & to rip out the whole area to the closest wall.. but there are tricks 😉

Not all Vinyl is created equally - In this case the material wasn’t nice and malleable like my LifeProof, and instead was brittle & cracked easily.

Removed, patched, & replaced in ~3 hours. 🤝
