Ronald’s story is one we’re incredibly proud of. He started from the ground up (literally), worked his way through the trades with grit and heart, and now helps lead the charge in the office—bringing in some of our biggest commercial projects to date.

His drive, adaptability, and positive energy are unmatched. Whether he’s out on site or behind a desk, Ronald shows up with action, ownership, and a great attitude every time.
