At Cascades at Onion Creek Phase 2 in Austin framing continues going well with 4 Buildings and the Clubhouse in progress. Roof trusses should be installed on the first building by the end of the week. Pool excavation at the Clubhouse is scheduled for the first week in July.

At the Montopolis Apartments in Austin the Clubhouse, Pool Pavilion, and Pool area have been turned over to ownership.
Building 1A acceptance walks began this week. 1B ownership walks set to begin in 2 weeks.
Building 2 elevator install has been completed, sheetrock and MEP trim in the elevator shaft have begun. First final clean is in progress.
Building 3 electrical meters were recently installed. AC startup has begun, with flooring set to begin later this week.
Buildings 4 and 5 electrical meters have been requested.
Landscaping at the final building is in progress.

At Sweetwater Ranch in Bee Cave 1st trim has started in Building 1 followed by production paint this week. Drywall is ongoing in Building 2, with insulation starting next week at Building 3. MEP rough-in continues for Building 5 with Building 4 following closely behind. Framing continues for Buildings 6 and 7. Site lighting is underway with light poles being installed across the site.

Uptown at Plum Creek in Kyle is getting ready to have our first Owner punch walk. We will begin turning over buildings to Ownership next month. All nine of the buildings are roofed and we are completing the MEP rough in the last apartment building. We have power at the Leasing Office, Fitness Center and 3 apartment buildings. We are currently installing flooring in the Leasing Office and the Fitness Center. The pool deck and Cabana are completed. Irrigation and landscaping have started around the pool, Leasing, and Fitness buildings. We have appliances going into the first building that we will turnover.

At The Parker in Pflugerville all buildings are framed and dried in. MEP inspections are complete through Building 6, drywall is complete at Building 13, and countertops are complete through Building 16.
The Clubhouse and Building 21 have been turned over to Owners, Building 20 just had final walk with Owners.

The Montopolis Apartments in Austin received the Clubhouse and pool pavilion TCO.
Building 1 contractors' punch has begun, major appliances have been installed.
Building 2 elevator install has begun.
Buildings 3, 4, and 5 power inspections have passed, meter requests have been submitted for all remaining buildings.
Building 5 cabinets and countertops install is nearly complete.
Irrigation at the final phase has begun.

The team at Cascades at Onion Creek Phase 1 in Austin has received Certificates of Occupancy for Buildings 10, 11, 3 and 4 in the last 4 weeks. Only 4 out of 11 garden style apartment buildings are left to turn over to ownership. Landscaping is complete for the project and currently only 1 building needs flooring installed.

Uptown at Plum Creek in Kyle has received permanent power in the first building and has begun hot punch and AC start up. We are nearing competition of the pool deck and Cabana. Landscape is ongoing at the first two apartment buildings in our turn sequence. MEP rough-in is on going in the last building that includes the retail space. We have interior finishes completed in 4 buildings and are waiting to get permanent power.

At Abacus West in San Antonio the Clubhouse is scheduled for inspection on 5/24, Building 1 to be turned over on 6/10. Building 12 is completing drywall hanging this week, Building 11 is getting textured and Building 10 has gypcrete going down today. Stucco is complete though Building 6.
