We are thrilled to celebrate two outstanding West Liberty Foods team members, Allen Beard and Jesse Roser. On Monday evening, they officially signed their Letter of Intent to join the Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) program through the Riverbend Chapter!

FAME is an employer-driven program designed by local industry leaders and community partners to bridge the skills gap in advanced manufacturing and create a direct pipeline to long-term career growth.

Starting August 24th, Allen and Jesse will transition from production roles into a rigorous 2-year journey. They’ll begin a weekly schedule that combines three days of hands-on experience on our floors and 2 days learning in the classroom, working toward becoming highly skilled manufacturing professionals.

A shoutout to Eric Runge as well, who will be stepping up as their dedicated mentor throughout this process.

We couldn't be more proud to support Allen and Jesse as they take this big step help shape the future of our manufacturing!
