Found the culprit blowing a fuse intermittently on a Travaini vac pump.

Customer was told their old Sullair wasn't worth fixing, shorted motor. Wanted to sell them a $13000.00 China machine.
That old Sullair will outlast the China unit.
Pulled and rewound the motor for a third of the new unit price. Added a new dryer and oil water separator. Probably could take the leftover money and go on a cruise.....10 series Sullair, can't beat them.....

Never trust a disconnect. This one was off but two blades were stuck in the on position. Always check for voltage.....

Picked up a new account from one of the big players in the air compressor industry. I guess factory trained only applies...

Picked up a new account from one of the big players in the air compressor industry. I guess factory trained only applies to changing parts. This is the worst one so far. Cleaning the motor grates is part of service.....
