Happy new year. 🥂 This is a 5000 square foot office renovation that we recently completed. As always, I forgot to take pictures, but the client did not. The project consisted of sheetrock, spackle, new flooring, paint, 22 replacement windows, new doors and new kitchen cabinets. I have worked for this client for the past seven years in their office buildings and apartment complex. Great customer.

Three years ago we completed a dance studio fit out in Jefferson. Recently a car jumped the sidewalk and crashed into the store front causing substantial damage. The concrete was distroyed, interior walls buckled, and windows broken.

We coordinated with the owners on scheduling so they wouldn’t miss any dance classes and completed the our work in a timely manner. 😁

Created access from one office area to another. Had to remove existing window, cut thru a 12” brick wall, 4” stud wall, and three layers of sheetrock. Framed new opening, built half wall and a full wall and reworked hung ceiling.

The stairs would have taken 6 to 8 weeks if ordered from a local stair manufactured. Made them from scratch due to the time frame of the project.

Another happy customer once again.

A water heater burst in a customers home while they were out. Insurance company did the demolition and supplied the drying equipment. We arrived and removed additional sheetrock due to moisture levels. Replaced sheetrock, doors, trim, carpet, base molding, and painted. Another happy customer😁

Back in January, a customer came to us and wanted work performed in a new office space. Needed demolition, framing, sheetrock, spackle, and paint. The problem he was concerned with was it had to be done in 2 weeks. My response was, “ no problem”. We worked 10 days straight and completed the project with time to spare. When you need something done, who you going to call, American Drywall!

Recently completed a basement renovation. The job consisted of framing, insulation, electrical, sheetrock, spackle, painting, flooring and trim. Now there is a debate on the space, it will either be a playroom for the children or a man cave. Hmmm, I wonder who will win!

A customer of mine had a pipe break while out of town for the weekend. MAJOR damage to the first and second floor. Complete new kitchen, 1800 sq ft of hardwood flooring, entry flooring, dining room, family room and sun room. Second floor bath and hallway flooded, so that had to be done. With 3 children under 7, they didnt want to move out, so set up a temporary kitchen and made it work. The entire first floor was renovated and so was the bath. Thank you for the opportunity to make your home a home again.
