We are so proud of the Neville Junior High School 8th grade girl’s softball team for winning Second Place in the Louisiana State Softball Championship! They finished the season with a 22-2-2 record. Congratulations and Geaux Tigers!!! 🐅 🖤💛

RHTC, Inc. was thrilled to host students from Ouachita High School, Sterlington High School and Richwood High School for the West Monroe West Ouachita Chamber Job Shadow Day. Ryan Flemister and Kevin Meredith taught these students different aspects of the construction industry and crane operating basics. The students enjoyed a meal with us and spent time learning the ins and outs of the construction industry. We are pleased to be a part of giving back to our community!!!!

As we celebrate 25 years in business this year, we would like to take a look back and recognize some of the people who were a part of our journey along the way. There's no way we would be where we are today without the employees who started this journey with us. Each and every person in these pictures had a part in making us the success we are today and they will always be a part of our family!!!!! Work is not just about doing the job....it's about the relationships made along the way!!!! We are truly blessed to have many of these employees still here with us in year 25!
