We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing concrete and new home construction crew in West Point, NE. If you have a strong work ethic and take pride in quality craftsmanship—especially in concrete and residential builds—we want to hear from you!

🔨 What We’re Looking For:
• Concrete experience preferred (forming, pouring, finishing, etc.)
• Experience in new home construction (framing, foundations, general carpentry) is a big plus
• Must be reliable and ready to work full-time
• Valid driver’s license required

💰 What We Offer:
• Top pay for top talent – starting at $20–$30/hr based on experience
