Wow, mother nature always finds ways to keep us on our toes! We want to send a huge shout out and thank you to our staff who is putting in many extra hours to get to all our customers as fast as possible. Anytime there is a dramatic change in temps outside, it puts stress on our customers equipment and emergencies can arise. Our crew is AMAZING and is putting in the extra work doing everything they can to get everyone back up and running as quickly as they can. We have field staff who are putting in countless hours each week to make this happen, they are the best!

Have we ever told you how great our team is here at Benedict Sales & Service? Well they are truly amazing!

If you happen to see one of our service techs or installers out on a job, or working on a repair, please help us out and tell them THANK YOU!

For the last few weeks during this current heat wave we have been on, they have been working around the clock, quite literally, to make sure our customers food stays cold, and offices cooled. They are out in miserable conditions from sunrise to well past sunset, doing everything they possibly can to help keep all of us comfortable.

We are pretty biased over here at Benedict, but we think we have the best crew around and we really appreciate all that our techs and entire work family do to help our customers stay in business!!
